Shipping Policy

Breeze Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 
The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 
The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected back to Breeze Swim HQ because it was marked as unclaimed. Breeze Swim does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

Original swimwear pricing does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will happily accept bikinis and swim trunks purchased from www.breezeswim.com in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

Please note, if you are returning a bikini you must return both the top and the bottom piece. If you only send one of the pieces for return, your return will be voided. 

You have 20 days from the day you purchase your item(s) to qualify for a store credit. Please note: discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We understand that there is a risk when purchasing sale items, so be sure to look at our sizing chart for guidance in choosing the correct size or if you have questions feel free to contact our customer service team.

If you have received an incorrect order or faulty garment, please return the product as per the return instructions. Shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached.

Return Procedure
  1. Email info@breezeswim.com with the subject line "Return Request"

  2. Within the email make sure you include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 

  3. Place your item(s) back into their original Breeze packaging, along with a copy of the return request email. Head to your local post shop to ship your return items back. 

  4. Once you initiate your Return Request, we will email you a shipping address.

Once we receive the item(s) back at Breeze HQ it may take 1-4 business days to process and receive a store credit via email.
